POSH Restaurant, located just minutes from the San Francisco Giants Spring Training baseball stadium in Scottsdale, is offering a special spring training menu every Tuesday through Thursday, beginning March 1 through the end of the month.
The four-course menu will go for $45 per person and include roasted peanuts with chili aioli as an amuse bouche, popcorn soup with brown butter and smoked paprika for the first course, shrimp chorizo “corn dog” with white truffle garlic chips and ginger mustard for the second course, an open-face duck “burger” (Foie Gras a $15 supplement) for the third course, and for the final course a cotton candy crème brulee with spun sugar. Drink specials and suggested pairings will also be available.
POSH Restaurant opened in the heart of Scottsdale in 2009 as the first and only “Improvisational Cuisine” concept in the Greater Phoenix area. Created by Chef Joshua Hebert, the modern multi-course “menu” is thoughtfully composed everyday based on seasonal offerings, inspiration and the palates of each guest. The fare is globally inspired French cuisine, and whether choosing 4 courses or 15, Chef Joshua and his innovative culinary staff focus on making the entire experience truly unparalleled.
