Starr Pass Golf Club
Tucson
Offering 27 holes of championship desert golf, Starr Pass Golf Club is home to a duo of completely unique playing experiences. In December 2020, the Rattler and Roadrunner courses were combined into an 18-hole, par-71 championship course, while the par-36 Coyote course was repositioned into a nine-hole that provides players with a more relaxed day on the green. As much as it is known for its stellar golfing experience, Starr Pass–as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary–is also a local favorite due to its green efforts to protect the area’s natural habitats. Bonus: children 15 years of age or younger golf for free after 3 p.m.!
Standout hole: No. 5 of the Rattler course is a demanding par 5 with a split fairway, making it one to remember long after your game is done. The views of the mountain ranges in the distance are memory-making, as well.
