The Wigwam resort’s signature restaurant is a cozy spot open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a delicious dinner filled with fruit, meat and produce delivered to your table fresh from the farm.

Order up a Sangria, or choose from their long list of featured wines, then start the night off with one of their most popular choices: the Kabocha Squash Soup. This delectable dish includes pecan-smoked bacon, goat cheese marshmallow and mesquite syrup. These ingredients work together to create a sweet, yet savory taste that is sure to please your taste buds.

If you’re looking for a more classic starter, then the Arizona Chicken Noodle Soup is the one for you. Made with confit Arizona chicken, house made papardelle and celery and carrots in a natural broth, it’s a great dish for a fall night.

Litchfield’s also has a mouthwatering selection of appetizers from Angel Hair Blanco to Ahi Tuna Poke to American Farm Cheese.

As for entrees, Fabulous Arizona recommends the Wood Fired Pork Chop. Served with Hayden Mills Polenta Fries, House Pickles and Rice Wine Molasses this plate is straight from the grill and so satisfying. The friendly, attentive staff recommends the Pan Roasted Sea Bass. It’s a favorite amongst guests, served with baby spinach, wild mushrooms, snow peas and sriracha oil.

If you leave enough room for dessert, then the Crème Brûlée topped with berries is a tasty treat to cap off a wonderful night out!
