There are so many amazing restaurants in the Valley that Fab AZ would like to take the time to recognize a few every week. This week, we would like to recommend Dominick’s Steakhouse, opening at Scottsdale Quarter on October 6, 2011.
Resembling a Midtown Manhattan classic upscale New York steakhouse with a stunning and energetic atmosphere, Dominickās Steakhouse features a luxurious design with amazing decor including six-foot handmade crystal chandeliers, mohair-upholstered ceilings, embossed leather walls, mosaic marble floors, rooftop poolside dining, White Veneto marble bar tops and leather booths.
The restaurantās interior color scheme features deep, rich browns, copper, and red earth tones throughout multi-elevated dining areas, two private dining rooms including a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, and a collection of intimate and cozy spaces.
The rooftop poolside dining room offers radiant heating at every table with trees designed with Tivoli lights, opening to the starry nighttime sky, similar to the upper gardens of Rockefeller Center.
Dominickās Steakhouse cuisine, created by veteran executive chef Marc Lupino, embodies the rich tradition of a fine American steakhouse with classic Italian specialty dishes. Signature menu items include a chefās cut prime-aged filet, braised veal shank, Idaho Rainbow trout, Maryland-style lump crab cake, baked clams, veal parmesan, and fettuccini alfredo with classic side dishes such as Dominickās au gratin potatoes.
Encompassing 10,500 square feet, the two-level Dominickās Steakhouse features a dramatic yet intimate design and is a complete departure from anything the development group has done in the past offering something new and special in the fine dining market.
