elements restaurant will feature a four-course dinner by executive chef and Food Network star Beau MacMillan. Served Dec. 25 from 5:30-10 p.m. ($90 per person excluding tax, gratuity and beverages), menu highlights include roasted parsnip soup with shallot confit, toasted pecans and maple cream; escargot āpot pieā with hon shimeji mushrooms, spinach, candied fennel, and soy caramel; herb roasted guinea hen with braised cabbage, wild rice, celery root hash and natural jus; chilean sea bass with fennel chorizo broth, roasted cippolini onions, blistered tomato, and lobster; and moroccan spice lamb with roasted eggplant, harissa, and pistachio mint chimichurri. Dessert selections will include chocolate hazelnut roulade with chocolate sponge, nutella cream, orange, and candied hazelnuts; and vanilla semifreddo with citrus consommĆ©, shortbread cookie, and basil. District American Kitchen and Wine Bar
Beginning at 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 25, District American Kitchen and Wine Bar in Phoenix will offer a three course meal. First course is a choice of sweet potato bisque or chicory and local goat cheese salad. The second course is a choice of spiced Tenderbelly ham with citrus and rye, tomahawk ribeye with caramelized onion smashed potatoes or Cioppino which is clams, mussels, crab, shrimp and lobster tail in a spicy tomato broth. For dessert, District will serve salted caramel and hazelnut truffle tart with sweet cherry ice cream and hazelnut dust. Prices for Christmas Day dinner are $34 for adults, $17 for kids 12 years old and younger, and $16 for the wine pairing. Restaurant reservations are required.
