Served Dec. 25 from 12-9 p.m., menu highlights include Fragrant Lobster Miso Soup with cognac, Shanghai dumplings and shaved scallions; Moroccan Spice Lamb Shank with chickpea and eggplant ragout, green harissa, blood orange and mint chimichurri; and Butternut Squash Ravioli with braised Swiss chard, shiitake mushrooms, pearl onions, parmesan cream and smoked tomato jam. LON’s at the Hermosa

Celebrate Christmas with a prix-fixe menu prepared by the LON’s culinary team and toast to the new holiday memories that will be created with family and friends. The menu includes entrées such as smoked prime rib, veal scallopini and roasted sea bass. Dinner will be available from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Day. The cost is $75 for adults, $25 for children ages 5-12 and free for children under 4.

T. Cook’s at Royal Palms

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa will offer a three-course prix-fixe holiday menu which will offer Roasted Loin of Venison, Pan Roasted John Dory and other holiday favorites. An additional Holiday Buffet will be offered on Christmas Day and will include Carved Free-Range Turkey, Crispy Duck Confit and more.
