The signature Latilla restaurant at the Boulders Resort celebrates the Thanksgiving holiday with a gourmet, four course prix fixe dinner by Executive Chef Michel Pieton on Thursday, November 27th. Menu options include: roasted many squash soup, vanilla poached pear salad, Roasted Free Range Turkey with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts Sausage, Chestnut Cornbread Stuffing, Sage Giblet Gravy, Smoked & Spiced Black Angus Filet served with autumn root vegetable short rib hash, creamed green beans, tobacco onions, and red wine essence or Cedar Plank Salmon with wild rice. And what’s Thanksgiving without dessert? Dessert options include Pumpkin Pie with spiced cream and chocolate port sauce and Grandma’s Pecan Pie served with dark chocolate sea salt ice cream. The Grill Kitchen and Bar at the Boulders

The Boulders’ Grill Kitchen and Bar celebrates the Thanksgiving holiday with a three course specialty menu featuring festive, holiday items on Thursday, November 27th. Menu options include:
Organic Farmstead Salad or an Acorn Squash Bisque. Main course meals include: Wild Atlantic Striped Bass, Roasted Crusted Rack of Lamb, Traditional Turkey Dinner white or dark meat. Different Pointe of View

Give thanks from the AAA Four Diamond Different Pointe of View mountaintop restaurant for $59.95 per adult ($29.95 per child, with children 3 and under free). A unique Thanksgiving menu complements this unique setting, including Pacific Gulf shrimp, snow crab claws, Penn Cove mussels, little neck clams accompanied by a variety of starters such as lobster bisque, mozzarella di bufala and vine ripe tomatoes and side dishes such sweet potato mousse with white truffle marshmallows, sausage and sage brioche stuffing and mascarpone herb caramelized whipped potatoes just to name a few. Also available will be carving stations featuring a wide selection of smoked and slow roasted meats from Guinness-brined slow roasted turkey to soy marinated pork loin. For an extravagant Thanksgiving buffet with a contemporary Southwest American flair, head to stonegrill to indulge in elaborate displays of seafood, antipasto, breakfast foods, carved meat, pasta and spectacular desserts. The buffet will feature glazed bone-in ham, roasted Angus prime rib, slow-roasted turkey, smoked salmon, poached shrimp, crab claws, pumpkin spice French toast, Southwest mac-n-cheese, a made-to-order omelet station and more. The stonegrill Thanksgiving buffet will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27 for $69 per adult and $29 for children four to 12 years old. Meritage Steakhouse at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort

Enjoy views of Wildfire Golf Club’s green fairways at Meritage Steakhouse, which will be serving a Thanksgiving menu with a choice of spiced pumpkin bisque, braised oxtail or Mission fig salad. Entrée selections consist of herb roasted turkey breast, smoked honey ham and organic steelhead trout. Sides will be served family style and include Blue Lake green beans, roasted yam with Brentwood Farms corn and savory sourdough stuffing. For some, Thanksgiving is more than just a fancy feast – it’s a good day for football! Come out to Half Moon Windy City Sports Grill and catch all the games with drink and food specials all day long. Reservations are required for Thanksgiving dinner and are expected to fill quickly. The cost is $49.99 per person for the pre-fixe menu. The children’s menu includes half portions for $24.99 or choices from Arrowhead Grill’s children’s menu. Patrons will enjoy their choice of traditional Thanksgiving fair like a 12 ounce portion of turkey breast served with American speck ham and fennel cornbread stuffing with homemade cranberry sauce, or the crown jewel of the Thanksgiving culinary experience, decadent turducken. Other entrée choices include delicious Arrowhead Grill dishes such as an eight-ounce portion of the restaurants’ famous Delmonico Steak, a 10-ounce portion of prime rib, an eight-ounce filet or Atlantic Salmon or Sea Bass. Patrons can finish their Thanksgiving feast on a high note with such traditional desserts as Sweet Potato Pie with marshmallow topping, Pumpkin Cheesecake garnished with maple whipped cream, or gluten free Flourless Chocolate Cake served with crème anglaise and raspberries, or Arrowhead Grill’s own Butter Cake topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Sheraton Wild Horse Pass

For the 5th year in a row the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is offering their exclusive farm to table package where families all over the Valley can prearrange to pick up their full meal at the resort. For $200 (plus tax) families of 6-8 can enjoy a full turkey meal prepared ready to heat and serve. Sides include: I’itoi onion buttermilk whipped mashed potatoes, creamed sixty-day corn, dessert sage scented cornbread stuffing, green beans with toasted almonds, tart cranberry relish with local oranges, mesquite cooked sweet yams with agave nectar and Mexican cinnamon. The meal also includes artisan dinner rolls, garlic chive butter and ends with your choice of a spiced crumble apple pie, locally harvested pumpkin pie or Chocolate pecan pie. Reservations for your farm-to-table meal will be taken up to seven days in advance of Thanksgiving and must be paid in full by Friday, November 21.
