Blue Sage at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix is offering a Thanksgiving buffet, served from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on November 24. The buffet will feature maple-glazed ham, herb-rubbed New York Strip, slow-roasted turkey, salmon wellington, shrimp, crab, stuffed French toast, quiche, cavatappi and penne pasta and made-to-order omelet station. The cost is $65 per adult and $32.50 for children ages 12 and under.

Tuscany, a restaurant featuring hand-crafted pastas, will offer a Thanksgiving menu featuring rotisserie turkey breast and deep fried dark meat turkey served with sage gravy and cranberry compote; a Scottish salmon with lemon beurre blanc; or a New York Strip with green peppercorn jus. Desserts will include a pumpkin spice crème brulee with a warm winter spiced cake, maple pecan brittle and brown butter ice cream. Offered from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on November 24, the Tuscany Thanksgiving dinner is $49 for adults and $24.50 for children ages 12 and under.

The Thanksgiving menu offers roasted turkey breast, cedar plank wild salmon or house-smoked Brandt prime rib.
