Scramble New Menu Items

In addition to opening a new location at 24th Street and Camelback, Scramble – A Breakfast & Lunch Joint also rolled out some new menu items to join the traditional breakfast and lunch fare.

With 3 locations in the Phoenix area, Scramble is a fast-casual concept that uses many locally sourced ingredients and offers vegan and gluten free options, a dog-friendly patio, LED TVs, free Wi-Fi and charging stations.

They recently added new breakfast and lunch menu items, including all new sandwiches featuring Boar’s Head premium deli meats, brizza’s, pancakes, eggs benedict, salads and wraps, brunch sammies, and vegan items, now available at all three locations.

More additions include Cereal Killer Smoothies topped with Reese’s Puffs, Fruity Pebbles & Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries breakfast cereals. Finally, guests can try the restaurant’s newest breakfast cocktail, Meat Mary, which is a Bloody Mary featuring bacon infused Bloody Mary vodka served with bacon, olives and a Benny’s Original Meat Straw (available at the Scottsdale and Biltmore locations).

Boar’s Head Meat Sandwiches – all served on a soft hoagie roll

Banana Pecan Pancakes – choice of buttermilk, multigrain or multigrain protein cakes with sliced banana, candied pecans and caramel sauce served with sausage patties

Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes – choice of buttermilk, multigrain or multigrain protein cakes with with a cinnamon butter swirl and topped with rich cream cheese frosting, served with sausage patties

Florentine Eggs Benedict – Tomato & baby spinach on toasted English muffin with poached eggs and hollandaise

Tex-Mex Eggs Benedict – Savory pulled pork, avocado and pico de gallo on buttermilk biscuits with poached eggs and hollandaise

Apple Harvest Salad – Grilled chicken, baby spinach, crumbled blue cheese, chopped pecans and diced apples tossed in a red wine vinaigrette.

Italian Chopped Salad – Boars Head black forest ham, hot capocollo, genoa salami, smoked provolone, pepperoncini, red onion & tomato tossed in a chipotle vinaigrette.

Beef & Blue Salad – Boars Head deluxe roast beef, red onion, tomato, blue cheese crumbles & sauteed mushrooms tossed in blue cheese dressing

Cuban Sandwich – Savory pulled pork, Boars Head black forest ham, Swiss, horseradish bread & butter pickles & spicy mustard topped with a fried egg.

Garden Grinder (vegan) – Roasted portabella mushroom, baby spinach, avocado, pickled onions, cucumbers, roasted red peppers & a chipotle vinaigrette on a soft vegan hoagie roll.
