Tilted Kilt at CityScape

The largest St. Paddy’s Day celebration in Downtown Phoenix takes over CityScape on Saturday, March 17th for Tilted Kilt’s First-Annual St. Patrick’s Day Street Party and includes an all-day festival with green beer, live bands and Irish eats. Central Avenue and Patriots Square will be fenced off and transformed into an Irish festival with bagpipers, beer trucks, Kilt girls, a main stage, food stands and drink specials including $10 beer yards ($7 refills). Gates open at 10:00 a.m. and the event concludes at 2:00 a.m.

West Addison

With a nod to its Chicago roots, festivities at West Addison will spill out onto the scenic Plaza on Market Street in DC Ranch for its second St. Patrick’s Day Block Party, Saturday, March 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. The fun begins inside with a DJ and March Madness, continuing outdoors with a lively line-up of bands, food and entertainment. Family fun will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a cast of clowns, face painters, balloon artists, cotton candy, snow cones, games and live music. An outdoor grill master will be serving up a tasty selection of grilled sandwiches and traditional Irish fare, including green beer. Cover charge is only $5. Children are welcome and admitted free until 6 p.m. Live bands, three bars, beer tubs, a cigar bar and St. Patrick’s Day party favors.

Robbie Fox’s Public House

Robbie Fox’s Public House at Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe is planning a celebration worthy of the homeland on Saturday, March 17. The party will spill out onto 6th Street, from Mill Avenue to Maple Street starting bright and early at the crack of 6:00 a.m. Thursday through 2:00 a.m. the next morning. with bagpipes, Irish dancers and surprises accompanying the ever-popular green beer, Murphy’s, Bushmills and six beer trucks.

Tempe Beach Park’s 2012 St. Patrick’s Day Bash featuring Irish band Flogging Molly will begin at 1:00 p.m. on March 17. The 9th Annual St. Patty’s Day, Scottsdale’s Ultimate Block Party will take place Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Craftsman Court Entertainment District in Old Town Scottsdale. Authority Zero will headline the event. Gates open at 3:00 p.m. and tickets are $15.00. Event is open to ages 21 and older.
