Taco Guild in Phoenix serves brunch very Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm and they just rolled out new brunch menu items.
Taco Guild 2 Eggs Plate Two eggs any style, protein of your choice (Carnitas, Chicken Tinga, Coffee Beef, Chorizo Link or Jalapeño Bacon), papas bravas, tortillas, chopped tomato and cilantro. $11
Fried Tamale Cubano Egg Benedict Slow-roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon sauce over fried corn tamale with chile and cheese, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served with papas bravas. $14
Cherry Steak Breakfast Skillet Casserole Four egg casserole with mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms, cherry steak, gorgonzola, chipotle aïoli and poblano straws, served with papas bravas. $14
Lobster Avocado Toast House-made bread topped with avocado spread with cotija and red pepper flakes, sautéed lobster meat with white wine and habanero butter topped with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, served with papas bravas. $15

Huevos Rancheros Borracho beans, two housemade corn tortillas, pork carnitas, salsa verde, two eggs your way, chipotle cilantro sour cream, pico de gallo, cotija cheese and avocado, served with papas bravas. $13
Coconut French Toast Tres leches custard, cinnamon, cardamom, torta bread, toasted coconut, mango, strawberries, honey, cinnamon butter, tequila syrup and house-made sausage patty. $10
Guild Breakfast Enchilada Choice of chicken, beef or vegetable enchilada,
