Tanzy Restaurant at Scottsdale Quarter

Another amazing restaurant has opened at Scottsdale Quarter! Tanzy restaurant, located on the second level next to iPic Theaters, serves Mediterranean cuisine and offers a stylish setting with stunning views of the McDowell Mountains.

The decor of the restaurant has an urban-rustic feel with dramatic copper ceilings, rich textured woods, wrought iron metal details, fire pits and natural weathered stone. The combination makes for a swanky, yet laid-back atmosphere.

The Tanzy menu consists of light, fresh, flavorful and colorful Mediterranean inspired dishes.

The House Made Mozzarella appetizer is a must-try. The mozzarella is made by hand when it is ordered, from softening and pulling the curd and serving it warm on a plate with crostinis, house made pesto and brick oven roasted tomatoes. Other appetizer options include Crispy Brussel Sprouts (you’ve never had brussel sprouts like this before!), Grilled Calamari, Pan Seared Polenta Cake and Beef Carpaccio.

There are also salads and pastas to choose from (the Mushroom Risotto is delish!) and a variety of entrées. The Cedar Plank Salmon entrée is cooked to perfection with a light cucumber fennel salad. The Braised Beef Short Rib, served with garlic spinach and goat cheese gnocchi, melts in your mouth. Other entrées on the menu include a filet, NY Strip, oven roasted chicken, lamb shank and swordfish.

Last, but most certainly not least, is dessert. If you are with a group we highly recommend you order several different desserts and share. They are all so good you may find yourself in a debate over which is the best. Top of our list – the Chocolate Duo, Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake (pictured below) and Orange Creamsicle Brûlée.
