Thai Chili 2 Go’s newest location is now open at Gilbert Santan, and it is the first location to offer self-order kiosks.
Thai Chili 2 Go is a fast-casual concept that makes Thai food easy to order and offers an approachable menu for people who may not be as familiar with Thai food. Guests can choose their entrée, their protein and level of spice, making every dish very customizable.
All of the Thai Chili 2 Go locations make ordering and dining quick and convenient, with an advanced mobile app, online ordering option with “skip the line” pick-up, and delivery partners such as UberEats, Postmates, Door Dash and GrubHub. However, the new Gilbert store also offers technology via ZIVELO, a local computing technology company that offers self-order kiosks.
The kiosks are meant to provide another efficient ordering process for customers who may already be familiar with the menu and know exactly what they want. Customers can essentially skip the line during a rush by using the touchscreen kiosks with a payment device and receipt printer, making it entirely self-service.
New customers who may have questions or need more guidance to order, will still have the option to order from a staff member at the front register.
Some of the popular Thai Chili 2 Go dishes include starters such as Dumplings and two varieties of Thai Hot and Sour Soup, as well as a variety of familiar and traditional main entrée dishes including Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Thai Fried Rice, Yellow Curry, Red Curry, Panang Curry and more. There are naturally many gluten free options, as well as tofu options for vegans/vegetarians.
Thai Chili 2 Go currently has five valley locations — one in Chandler, Queen Creek, East Mesa, Gilbert, and Scottsdale — plus the newest location in the San Tan area. Thai Chili 2 Go is open daily from 11am to 9pm. For more information, visit www.tc2go.com.
