From cutting-edge body contouring to targeted cellulite solutions, each treatment is customized to your unique needs. The expert practitioners blend state-of-the-art technology with a holistic approach, ensuring results that are both visible and deeply restorative.

One of The Body Bar’s most unique and sought-after offerings is its Japanese head spa. The 90-minute Luxe Head Spa treatment ($230), the most popular of the head spa offerings, is designed for total relaxation and deep scalp rejuvenation. Guests begin with a deep scalp cleanse using advanced tools to detox and refresh, followed by therapeutic steam to open pores and enhance absorption. Clients also enjoy an express lymphatic facial to promote circulation and glow, before melting into bliss with a nourishing scalp mask and massage. To complete the experience, guests indulge in soothing arm and hand massage, a tension-relieving neck and shoulder massage, and grounding hot stones. The pièce de résistance of the treatment is the tranquil waterfall rinse.

“We live in a fast-paced world, people are stressed, and tensions are high,” says Hidalgo, speaking to the popularity of the head spa trend. “People can come in and get a 90-minute session of tuning out. And who doesn’t like their scalp rubbed? It is a therapeutic treatment.”

The Body Bar also offers wonderful extras to make its guests feel as good and pampered as possible, including ginger shots, wellness teas, and tasty snacks. Plus, Hidalgo hosts a variety of education options for those looking to embark on their own career journey, having trained 152 students to date.

Though the possibility of a membership program and additional locations are potentially on the horizon for The Body Bar, Hidalgo is focused on keeping up with current demand, having had record-breaking business in April and May.
