The Melting Pot Campfire S’mores Martini Recipe

Just in time for the cold weather, The Melting Pot is offering a tasty cocktail to warm you up this season – the Campfire S’mores Martini.

Topped with graham cracker crumbs and Oreo coated marshmallow halves, this yummy martini tastes like the everyone’s favorite fireside snack with a twist. It can even be made without alcohol for the kids to enjoy.

Campfire S’mores Martini
Glass: 7.5 oz Martini (chilled)
Ingredients:
· 2 oz SKYY Vodka
· 1 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow (4 pumps)
· 1 oz Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
· 1 oz Half & Half
Procedure:
· Dip rim of glass into Monin Toasted Marshmallow and then into graham cracker crumbs, set aside.
· Fill mixing tin with ice and add Vodka, Monin Toasted Marshmallow, Hersey’s chocolate syrup and Hlf & Half.
· Cap and shake.
· Drizzle Hershey’s chocolate syrup in a spiral from bottom of glass up to the rim.
· Strain cocktail into the martini glass and garnish.
Garnish:
· Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
· 3 Oreo coated marshmallow halves speared with a bamboo skewer

 

Non-alcoholic Campfire S’mores Martini
Glass: Water
Ingredients:
· 2 oz ice cream base
· 1 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow (4 pumps)
· 1 oz Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
· 1 oz Half & Half
Procedure:
· Dip rim of glass into Monin Toasted Marshmallow and then into graham cracker crumbs, set aside.
· Fill mixing tin with ice and add ice cream base, Monin Toasted Marshmallow, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and Half & Half.
· Cap and shake.
· Drizzle Hershey’s chocolate syrup in a spiral from bottom of glass up to the rim.
· Strain drink from mixing tin into the water glass, add ice to fill and garnish.
Garnish:
· Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
· 3 Oreo coated marshmallow halves speared with a bamboo skewer.
