Three Things the Stylish Woman Never Leaves Home Without

Sometimes it seems as though being a stylish woman isn’t as easy as people make it out to be. There’s so many “do’s and don’ts”, style rules, and no no’s…….but no worries! There are a few tricks of the trade that will get even the busiest, least style-efficient woman into the basic ranks of style. Here, style expert Ashley LaRae of StylePHX.com shares 3 things the stylish woman never leaves her house without….steal these tricks and make them your own!

1. Earrings – This is one basic staple of a stylish woman…her ACCESSORIES! Even the cutest, most stylish outfit can look even better with the right earrings or necklace. And even the most plain, boring outfit can be dressed up with a pair of big, shiny earrings. I keep a few pairs of earrings in my car just in case I’ll need them (and I often do). My earrings may be heavy…and big…and shiny, but I ALWAYS look stylish (you, of course can go for a smaller, lighter pair. I won’t judge).

2. Nail Polish (or nail polish remover) – Chipped nails never look stylish. In fact, something as simple as your nails can throw your whole outfit off! If you don’t have time to paint your nails as often as you may need to (or reapply your nail polish), make sure you have a nail polish remover handy. You can even purchase the soaked pads that are easy to travel with and keep a few in your car. Of course, not everyone has the time or interest in keeping their nails snazzy all the time…nevertheless, natural nails are fine too! Just make sure they’re clean (and clear nail polish never hurt anyone).

3. Cute Shoes – Whether you’re a flats or a heels type of woman, you must always have a cute pair of shoes in tow. Flip flops are the biggest no-no in footwear (well, besides Crocs…but whatever). Now I know, I know…flip flops are so comfortable and easy to slip on. NO EXCUSES! They’re meant for the pool (and maybe yardwork), not for your everyday outfits. It’s just as easy to slip on a cute pair of sandals or wedges as it is to slide your foot into flip flops…so don’t slack on the cute shoes.

These 3 tricks are a great start to beginning your life with effortless style. Sometimes, it’s the little things that count, and in Fashion, that almost always holds true. So, kick up your heels (or flats…but NOT flip flops), whip out your polish, and swing those earrings from side to side. People WILL notice!
