Caesars Republic Scottsdale to Open Late 2024

Caesars Republic Scottsdale Luxury Hotel has begun construction with plans to open in February 2024. The new opulent development will be located on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square and open as Caesars’ first North American non-gaming hotel.

The highly anticipated Caesars Republic Scottsdale Luxury Hotel has finally begun above-ground construction at its new home site in the heart of Scottsdale. The new destination, slated to open in the February of 2024, will stand 147 feet high with 11 stories holding 265 rooms. The new build aims to serve as the go-to for luxury vacation stays in Scottsdale but also act as a premiere venue for unforgettable events with the scenic Camelback Mountain and desert scape serving the perfect backdrop.

“We’re excited to resume our above-ground construction of Caesars’ first North American non-gaming hotel in the heart of Scottsdale,” says Richard Huffman, chief executive officer and president of HCW, in a press release. “The construction delay, a direct result of the pandemic, has actually been our silver lining by allowing us to incorporate even more little luxuries.”

Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s design will pay homage to Caesar’s Las Vegas roots by incorporating modern elements and sleek materials, including stone and faux wood accents. Each guest space will feature high ceilings, dedicated workspaces and Peloton bikes to enjoy in addition to the hotel’s state-of-the-art amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, 28 wellness suites, a spa and even a unique, private entrance to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

In addition to the rooftop pool, the seventh floor of the hotel, SVN, will offer a poolside lounge with sweeping views of Camelback Mountain. The local favorite, Riot Hospitality Group, will use the space to host weekend brunches, parties and planned private events.

Reservations for quarter two of 2024 will be available in quarter two of 2023.
