True Food Kitchen launched their new fall menu, incorporating the freshest flavors of the season including butternut squash, mulberries and cranberries.
As always, the new fall recipes are guided by Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory principles and creatively nourish, without sacrificing flavor. Here are the new fall menu items:
Vegan Butternut Squash Pizza with caramelized onion, roasted garlic, organic kale, vegan almond ricotta, dried cranberry and sage
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Asian mushroom, miso sesame vinaigrette and chili thread (vegan, gluten-free)
Chilled Shrimp Lettuce Cups with coconut, grapefruit, avocado, cucumber, jalapeno and cilantro (gluten-free)
Seasonal Ingredient Salad with Brussels sprout, quinoa, roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, fresh pomegranate, toasted mulberry and horseradish vinaigrette (vegetarian, gluten-free)
Dashi Ramen made with sweet potato glass noodle, bok choy, grilled portobello, charred onion, radish, dried sweet corn, black bean and sesame chili oil (vegan, gluten-free)
Guilt-free and gluten-free Squash Pie made with a vegan graham crust filled with butternut squash and topped with coconut whipped cream (In addition to being able to enjoy a slice at True Food Kitchen, the restaurant will be making whole Squash Pie’s available for pick-up for the Thanksgiving holiday)

Lime & Coconut Colada with lime-infused rum, golden falernum, pineapple and cinnamon
Pomegranate Margarita with organic reposado tequila, apricot, lime, ginger and jalapeno
Apple Jack with bourbon, house-made cinnamon vanilla syrup and lemon.
Forbidden Root Cocktail with lemon-infused organic vodka, apple, red beet and rosemary
New all-natural juices and refreshers include the Original Ginger “O.G.” with lime, honey, and bubbly water, Pressed Apple Soda and Cinnamon Vanilla Latte served hot or with cold brew.
