True Food Kitchen launched its new fall menu that maintains the current favorites, but also adds some new seasonally-driven dishes and fall-inspired cocktails and refreshers.
Rooted in the principles of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, True Food Kitchen’s new menu showcases seasonal staples such as butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and heirloom carrots.

Roasted Heirloom Carrots (VEG GF) – za’atar, sesame, pistachio, greek yogurt, dill
Winter Squash Toast (V) – brussels sprout, caramelized onion, lemon, saba, hazelnut
*Seasonal Ingredient Salad (V GF) – brussels sprouts, butternut squash, cauliflower, white bean, pomegranate, toasted mulberry, horseradish vinaigrette
Brussels Sprout & Wild Mushroom Pizza (VEG) – taleggio, garlic, lemon oil
