True Food Kitchen has rolled out their new spring menu, featuring dishes expertly crafted using fruits and vegetables at their peak freshness, such as asparagus, artichoke, and strawberries.
New menu items include:
Spring Asparagus Toast with roasted Cipollini onion, watercress, green garbanzo, tahini, mint, lemon, hemp seed (vegan)
Miso Glazed Eggplant with lentil, roasted pepper, Marcona almond, truffle, mint, tahini yogurt, black walnut pesto (vegetarian, gluten-free)
Seasonal Ingredient Salad with watercress, grilled broccolini, asparagus, green garbanzo, goat cheese, raisin, sprouted almond, turmeric chia vinaigrette (vegetarian, gluten-free)
Artichoke & Pesto Pizza with grilled artichoke, spinach, summer squash, black walnut pesto, lemon, Aleppo chili, vegan almond ricotta (vegan)
Strawberry & Rhubarb Crisp with almond crumble, vegan vanilla ice cream (vegan, gluten-free)
True Food Kitchen’s scratch bar will also now feature three light and refreshing spring cocktails:
Lemongrass Margarita with añejo tequila, mango, lime, and lemongrass
Strawberry Smash with bourbon, muddled strawberry, and lemon.
Also new to the menu are two new seasonal fresh-pressed juices and all-natural refreshers that are just as good for you as they are flavorful: Sparkling Honeydew and Cucumber Cooler.
Ordering to-go? During the entire month of April, and in honor of Earth Day, True Food Kitchen will offer reusable canvas to-go bags in an effort to lessen the restaurant’s mark on Mother Earth. Any guest who orders to-go will receive a bag with one of four sayings, such as “Grow Shorty, It’s Your Earth Day” and “Love Your Mother”.
