A new level of luxury is set to debut in Phoenix in January with AVE Paradise Valley, a residential community in the former home of Paradise Valley Mall. The new mid-rise apartment complex will feature modern amenities for residents, including luxury living, an on-site bar, and a resort-style pool.
AVE, the residential real estate brand under Korman Communities, is teaming up with RXR to open AVE Paradise Valley, a brand-new elevated apartment community located in the reimagined Paradise Valley Mall development. The new complex is set to open January 2025, marking the debut of the first residential building within the massive redevelopment of the Paradise Valley Mall.

Thoughtfully designed by Nelsen Partners and built by StreetLights Construction, AVE Paradise Valley is a four-story property spanning over 100 acres. The Phoenix community features 400 modern living spaces designed for comfort and style, with select spaces fully furnished. A variety of apartment options are available for tenants, with price points starting at $1,664 for a studio, $2,122 for a one-bedroom, $3,275 for a two-bedroom, and later, three-bedroom options starting at $5,327 will be released. The average apartment is 1,056 square feet.
Residents of AVE Paradise Valley can expect a service-focused living experience enhanced by 36,200 square feet of amenity space. Key features include a resort-style swimming pool, a full-service bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and even a pet parlor with a spa, lounge, and dog park. Outdoor courtyards are also sprinkled throughout the complex, fitted with fire pit lounges, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. To top it off, residents will enjoy direct access to Whole Foods and top retail and dining outlets like Sephora, Flower Child, and Federal Pizza.
