After redefining the backyard guest-home market in Arizona, Minimal Living Concepts is taking its innovative approach to the next level. The Scottsdale-based company, known for its sleek, modern accessory dwelling units, has expanded its business to include semi-custom full-size homes, all available to order online.
Founded in 2021 by Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag, Minimal Living Concepts was built on the idea that buying and building a new home should be as seamless as ordering a car online. Having completed over 100 guest homes across the Valley, Diamont and Amzallag are ready to bring that same simplicity and transparency to the broader residential market.
“We started with [accessory dwelling units (ADUs)], which gave us an opportunity to develop our team and streamline our processes and technology,” says Amzallag, in a recent press release. “Now we’re excited to offer our full-size home products to those looking to build a new home in the Greater Phoenix area. We also have three spec home projects underway in the Arcadia neighborhood, which will be completed in the first half of 2025.”
Minimal Living Concepts’ full-size homes emphasize clean lines, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Buyers can now explore a trio of modern floor plans (M1, M2, and M3), each designed with high-end materials, expansive layouts, and architectural details inspired by modern minimalist and mid-century design.

M1 is a single-story, 2,959-sq.-ft. home with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 21-ft. ceilings. (Pricing starts at $1.175 million.) M2 is a two-story, 3,659-sq.-ft. home featuring four bedrooms, a flex space, 4.5 bathrooms, and 10- to 20-ft. ceilings. (Pricing starts at $1.43 million.) M3 is a single-story split floor plan with a vaulted great room dividing the parents’ and kids’ wings, offering four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 10- to 20-ft. ceilings across 3,430 square feet. (Pricing starts at $1.38 million.)
“Similar to our modern, minimal guest homes, we give the same attention to detail on our full-size designs,” says Diamont, in a recent press release. “Exterior use of charred wood and white brick, on M1, for example, creates a striking yet timeless façade. Inside, expansive living spaces and an open floor plan flow seamlessly, with floor-to-ceiling windows that blur the line between indoors and out. Organic materials, including stone and wood, are featured throughout our plans, and M2’s lush rooftop greenery takes biophilic design to a new level, blending the home with its surroundings.”
What makes Minimal Living Concepts stand out is its fully transparent and turnkey process. Once a model is selected online, a site visit and final quote lock in the piercing. From there, the team handles everything from permitting to construction, simplifying the way people approach custom home building.
