Scottsdale continues to solidify its reputation as a premier destination for luxury living with the debut of three highly anticipated residential developments. From the foothills of Mummy Mountain to the iconic slopes of Camelback, Arizona’s high-end housing market is reaching new heights with architectural innovation, exclusive amenities, and record-breaking listings.
Silver Sky: Nova and Aster
Paradise Valley

Two stunning residences are underway in Paradise Valley’s newest luxury community, Silver Sky. Silver Sky is a prestigious 12-home community that represents the pinnacle of high-end desert living. Nestled at the base of Mummy Mountain, the development has entered its construction phase with two fully designed showcase homes, Nova and Aster. Completion for both residences is anticipated for Winter 2025.
“We are delighted to break ground on two of our Showcase estates. We’ve spent months designing and curating these homes to embody the essence of Silver Sky’s luxury estates,” says Silver Sky developer, Jeremy Takas, in a recent press release. “The homes will not only reflect the unmatched quality and vision of our community but will also enhance the reputation of Paradise Valley as a sought-after location for luxury living.”
Listed at $19,495,000 by Sabrina James, Nova is a 12,000-sq.-ft. modern European estate designed by Stratton Architects. The estate has already made headlines as a recipient of the prestigious Best in America Living Award earlier this year. With the perfect balance of classic design elements and modern luxury, Nova features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a five-car garage, a spa treatment area with a sauna and steam room, a butler’s pantry, a game room, a lounge with a built-in wine wall, an indoor and outdoor wet bar, two offices, a guest house with a private pool bath, and a pickleball court.
Recently listed for $14,495,000, Aster is an 8,565-sq.-ft. estate that blends sleek architecture with standout design. With steel fascia, walls of glass, and bold interior features, Aster offers a modern aesthetic that complements its desert surroundings. Key features include five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a six-car garage, an expansive exercise gym, a sauna and cold plunge, a game room, a private office, a home theater, a butler’s pantry, a wine room, a guest house with a private pool bath, and a sports court.
“The prestigious Silver Sky community offers proximity to Paradise Valley’s renowned dining, shopping, golf, and members-only clubs while providing residents a secluded estate with mountain views,” says James in a press release. “Silver Sky Development has garnered a reputation for curating exquisite homes tailored to the discerning tastes of its residents. The community takes another significant step in shaping the future of luxury living.”

Summit by Olson Kundig: Ascent at the Phoenician

Internationally acclaimed architecture firm Olson Kundig has teamed up with Replay Destinations to debut Summit by Olson Kundig, the final phase of the prestigious Ascent at The Phoenician community. Set at the foot of Camelback Mountain, this marks Olsen Kundig’s first-ever residential condo project in Arizona. The Seattle-based firm will bring its signature blend of modern minimalism and desert-inspired architecture to this highly anticipated collection of homes.
The Summit will feature 63 residences starting in the low $2 million, with a limited release of penthouses priced between $7 million and over $10 million. Floorplans range from one-bedroom plus a den to expansive three-bedroom plus den layouts, spanning 1,500 to more than 4,800 square feet. The homes are designed with open floor plans, expansive terraces, deep cantilevered rooflines, and exterior materials that echo the natural desert palette. Features include weathered metal facades, locally sourced stone, custom fireplaces, and hardware from the Tom Kundig Collection. The kitchens, created in collaboration with German luxury brand Bulthaup, feature Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, quartz countertops, and sleek full-height wood cabinetry. Upgrade options include appliance garages, wine fridges, and pull-out pantries.
“Our design integrates with the mountain landscape, where red sandstone meets the open sky,” says Kirsten Ring Murray, principal and owner of Olson Kundig, in a recent press release. “Materials such as local stone anchor the structure to its Camelback Mountain setting, while refined metal screens respond to the shifting desert light, creating an ever-evolving architectural expression. This is a commanding project where nature and design come together to celebrate the spirit of the desert and one that we are proud to realize for Replay Destinations.”
Summit residents will enjoy access to private amenities, including the Mountain Club, Ascent’s exclusive clubhouse offering a resort-style pool, fitness and movement studios, a game room, and a great room for social and wellness-focused experiences. A curated collection of local artwork and direct access to the scenic Cholla Trail elevate the living experience even further. Atop Summit’s two striking buildings, private rooftop terraces offer panoramic views and the perfect setting to watch Arizona sunsets. Residents can also take advantage of an optional membership program at The Phoenician with exclusive access to its award-winning golf course, spa, pools, and restaurants. A scenic walking path links the residences directly to the resort, passing through the lush cactus garden along the way.
“This is a truly rare opportunity to own an Olson Kundig–designed residence in one of Arizona’s most iconic settings,” says Brianne Kelsey, vice president of development for Replay, in a press release. “Camelback Mountain provides a breathtaking backdrop that cannot be replicated, and Summit by Olson Kundig offers homeowners an extraordinary blend of timeless design and immersive Sonoran Desert living. We’re honored to deliver such a distinguished collaborative architectural experience to the market.”
Sales for Summit by Olson Kundig began in March 2025. Construction is slated to start in Summer 2024, with completion expected by late 2027.
