Pacaso Expands to Scottsdale

Are you in the market for a second home? You’re in luck, as Pacaso, the leading technology-enabled real estate marketplace that helps people buy and co-own a luxury second home, has expanded its service to Scottsdale.

“Scottsdale is a vibrant desert city with world-class golf, chef-driven restaurants, countless hiking trails, and exciting entertainment year-round,” says Pacaso CEO and co-founder Austin Allison, in a press release. “We’re excited to be increasing the utilization of luxury second homes in this amazing destination where many homes are not used consistently throughout the year.”

Though you own the home, Pacaso manages it. The company takes care of furnishings, repairs, utilities and property management, and scheduling such is easy via its app and SmartStay technology. Outside of the greater Scottsdale area, Pacaso has second-home locations in Napa Valley, Palm Springs, Aspen, Vail, Jackson Hole, Miami and many more.

Pacaso partners with real estate agents and brokerages in markets where it operates. Real estate agents representing buyers who purchase a share of a Pacaso home receive a three percent referral commission, plus Pacaso equity in the form of 500 RSUs.

Pacaso’s first listing in Greater Scottsdale is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, 10-car garage Cave Creek home that offers panoramic desert and mountain views.
