Sushi Roku Summer Specials

Sushi Roku at W Scottsdale is offering three new summer specials that include sashimi on ice, sake snow cones and a special multi-course meal.

The Sushi Roku summer specials include:

1. Kōri Summer Specials
Japanese for ice, the “Kōri” specials place the freshest sushi atop a bowl of ice for the ultimate cool-down combo ($16/each). The combos feature a selection of fish from around the world, flown in daily that includes:
*Suzuki Kōri – Seabass Sashimi w/ Lemon Vinaigrette
*Halibut Kōri – Halibut Sashimi w/ Ume Dressing
*Tai Kōri – Red Snapper Sashimi w/ Sumiso Vinaigrette & Jalapeno

2. Sake Snow Cones
As an added treat, Sushi Roku will be dishing up homemade sake snow cones to keep the samurai in all of us hydrated. Sake Snow Cone flavors include Green Tea, Strawberry, Ginger Sake, Pomegranate and Watermelon.

3. Locals-Only Summer Menu
If a multi-course offering is more your fancy, Sushi Roku’s “Locals-Only” Summer Menu is sure to please. Available for lunch or dinner, guests can enjoy a three-course culinary tour through Japan for $25 per person. Guests will be “turning Japanese” with these incredible choices for three courses, including Red Snapper “Usuzukuri” with Hawaiian Sea Salt, Miso Eggplant Dengaku and Baked Crab Handrolls, or go back to basics with an organic garden salad, vegetable tempura and free range chicken with sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.

These summer specials will be available May 22 – September 5, 2011.
