Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill Beer-Pairing Dinner
March 25 @ 6:30 pm
$65
On March 25 at 6:30 p.m., two Valley trailblazers are joining forces for an epic night of bold brews and flavor. Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill, known for its high-energy vibe and modern Asian-American fusion, and Greenwood Brewing—one of Arizona’s only women-owned breweries—are teaming up for an unforgettable beer dinner in Scottsdale.
Diners will enjoy six courses, each perfectly paired with a Greenwood Brewing craft beer:

Paired with: Purpose Pilsner – Crisp, clean, and endlessly refreshing.

Emerald Spinach Salad: A fresh, vibrant mix of spinach, strawberries, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and raspberry dressing.
Paired with: Emera Light Hazy IPA – Smooth, citrusy, and the ideal complement to bright, tangy flavors.
SECOND COURSE
Duck Lettuce Wrap: Braised duck, caramelized onions, and a sweet citrus-chili sauce wrapped in crisp lettuce.
Paired with: Warrior Hazy IPA – Juicy and hop-forward, cutting through the richness like a champ.
THIRD COURSE

Paired with: Luna Amber Ale – Malty, smooth, and the perfect match for that umami-packed bite.
FOURTH COURSE
Louie’s Slider: Marinated beef patty, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a bleu cheese-IPA sauce that ties it all together.
Paired with: Herstory West Coast IPA – Bold, hoppy, and made to stand up to all that flavor.
