Downtown Phoenix’s most luxurious new residences, across from The Footprint Center welcome new artistic director, Delia Arm Byrd, founder of The Harlem Shakespeare Festival, and Debra Ann, a classically trained, award-winning actress, director, and producer bringing a richly diverse background in Black Theatre, Gospel, and Shakespeare to Phoenix.
