Back-to-School Bash at Tempe Marketplace

This Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Tempe Marketplace, kids can kick off the school year with the Back-to-School Bash from 5-7 p.m.!
Meet at the Splash Pad on for crafts, music, photo ops, prizes, and a free ice cream truck sponsored by Cold Stone Creamery. Plus, attendees can be entered to win a $250 grant for their school. After the event, come back and check out everyone’s artistic creation. The community mosaic will be on view for a limited time in The District starting August 9.
While there, Tempe Marketplace encourages guests to take part in their Load the Lockers initiative. Donate new school supplies or gift cards benefitting the Tempe Elementary School District. Plus, enter to win a back-to-school shopping spree when donating. *Donations accepted all month long.
