Celebrate the spring season while sipping during the four-course Beaulieu Vineyards Wine Dinner at Lincoln Steakhouse, located at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, on Wednesday, March 29, at 5:45 p.m.
Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to an intimate welcome reception at Lincoln Steakhouse followed by a four-course dinner prepared by Chef John Fraser paired with wines from Beaulieu Vineyards.
First Course
Prickly Pear Goat Cheese Crostini, Spinach Artichoke Croquettes, Seared Tuna with Mango Jalapeno Salsa, paired with Stags’ Leap Winery Viognier
Second Course
Seared Scallop with Braised Endive, Blood Orange, Smoked Bacon and Pistachios, paired with Beaulieu Vineyards Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon
Third Course
Roasted Lamb Tenderloin with Herb Mousse, Wild Mushrooms, Butter Poached Leeks and Pomegranate Lamp Demi Glaze, paired with Beaulieu Vineyards Georges De Latour
