Beers for The Brave
November 6, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
PHX Beer Co. is excited to announce its first Beers for the Brave event, benefiting Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors (JAH4WW) on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
People can enjoy music, food, and local craft beers, all while supporting our local veterans in anticipation of Veterans Day. The event will take place at PHX Beer Co.’s Taproom located at 3002 E. Washington St. in Phoenix.
JAH4WW has been building injury-specific, accessible, mortgage-free homes for critically wounded veterans since 2009. The organization was formed in October 2009 by retired Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen after he returned home from a USO trip to U.S. military bases in the Middle East. Allen was moved by the commitment, dedication, and sacrifices that soldiers make every day to protect our freedom. He wanted to say thank you to every soldier by making a positive life-changing difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Tickets for Beers for the Brave are $45 and include two signature PHX Beer Co craft brews (or NA beverage), live screen printing of event shirts from Goodfellas Merch, a plate from Pork on a Fork BBQ and a 16-ounce stainless steel commemorative cup. Musical guest Jared Gabriel will be playing reggae and rock hits until 3:30 p.m. To purchase a ticket, or to make a donation to JAWW, visit phxbeerco.com/events. Day-of tickets are also available at the door. A hundred percent of the profits from ticket sales, will got to JAH4WW.
