The Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe is launching their Chefs Brew Beer Series on Sunday, May 7, 12 to 3 p.m.
Downtown Tempe’s resident brewery, Pedal Haus is launching their new collaborative “Chefs Brew Beer Series” with the highly-acclaimed Arcadia taqueria, CRUjiente Tacos, during Cinco De Mayo weekend. Long-time restauranteur, Julian Wright and Brewery Director, Derek “Doc” Osborne worked hand-in-hand with the first guests of the series, Executive Chef Richard Hinojosa and Co-Owner, Jason Morris to create a one-of-a-kind seasonal brew along with a specialty dining experience for everyone to enjoy at the 14,000 square-foot indoor-outdoor brewery on Mill Avenue.
The taco pop-up event will release the “CRUlaboration” beer, a Blood Orange Gose-style Beer that will be properly paired with a Roasted Pork Belly Taco with Habanero-Blood Orange Glaze by Chef Richard Hinojosa.
The event is free to attend and the specialty tacos and beer will be available for purchase including $6.50 for beer and taco combination, $4 for beer only and $4 for a taco only.
