Farm to Fork Dinner at JW Marriott Desert Ridge

JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix is offering a savory Farm to Fork dinner in an outdoor garden party setting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2011.

The Farm to Fork dinner celebrates local farmers and benefits Mother’s Grace charity for mothers and children who have endured life tragedies.

Local farmers and produce providers Bob McClendon, A Bar H Farm, Crow’s Dairy and Queen Creek Olive Mill will be participating in addition to produce and ingredients from the resort’s own on-site organic garden.

The Farm to Fork dinner will feature three courses, with each course offering four elaborate dishes paired with Arizona wines for $150 per person, including tax and gratuity.
