JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa hosts an evening in partnership with live-fire Chef Jack Arnold at the iconic Camelback Golf Club on Feb. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Open to both locals and resort guests, Arnold will showcase his grilling mastery as he prepares mouthwatering BBQ on the impressive Kong Ceramic Kamado Grill.
Enjoy the elevated grill fired-dishes complete with gourmet sides, signature dishes, and the breathtaking surrounding desert, for a night of flavor and ambience. Menu highlights include elote corn salad, a variety of dry aged steaks from Colorado Craft Beef, chili-lime grilled chicken with roasted tomatillo relish, vegetable kabobs and a taco station.
