Join The Ravenscroft every Friday (and select Saturday) nights for an evening of live music from May 2 to May 30 with Jazzbird Nights. These exciting evenings will showcase Jazz artists as they inspire and delight audiences of all backgrounds.
Schedule:
VJC Senior Showcase featuring Nick Finzer (May 2 @ 7pm): A special benefit concert featuring the Valley Jazz Cooperative Senior Showcase and acclaimed trombonist Nick Finzer to support Kitchen on the Street’s mission to fight childhood hunger in Arizona.
The Life and Music of Clark Terry (May 9 @ 7pm): Experience a tribute to the legendary Clark Terry, showcasing his signature swing through his hard-hitting compositions and classic arrangements.
Max Haymer Trio (May 16 @ 7pm): An electrifying night of jazz with Grammy-nominated pianist Max Haymer, bringing a dynamic blend of reimagined Broadway classics, jazz standards, and Afro-Cuban rhythms to Scottsdale.
SONRISA (May 23 @ 7pm): Led by a dynamic drummer, this performance brings together some of Phoenix’s top jazz musicians for a high-energy night of music.
Raúl Yáñez Jazz Quintet (May 30 @ 7pm): An unforgettable dynamic jazz performance blending traditional jazz with contemporary influences.
