Maple & Ash’s Kessaku Pop-Up

Maple & Ash’s Kessaku pop-up is set for Sept. 27 to Sept. 29 in Scottsdale. Kessaku is Maple & Ash’s new sister sushi restaurant in Dallas.
A creation of Chef Danny Grant and Chef Hari Chan, Kessaku offers luxe sushi made with fresh, globally sourced fish and warm artisanal rice. The menu will showcase an array of the highest quality nigiri, sashimi and rolls from the very traditional to the unexpected – think wagyu nigiri with caviar and a king crab roll with warm drawn butter.
During this three-day event, and guests will be able to order from the a la carte Kessaku menu alongside Maple & Ash’s regular dinner menu.
