The nights menu includes:
Starter Course: shrimp cocktail and bacon wrapped dates filled with mascarpone

Salad Course: orange and beet salad with butter lettuce, goat cheese, candied pecans, and red wine basil vinaigrette

Entrée Course: coq au vin with braised mushrooms, asparagus, and whipped potatoes

Dessert Course: tuxedo dome and mousse cake with chantilly and cocoa nib shavings
