Sake Haus + ARAR Industry Night

In honor of the holiday season and National Bartender Day coming up, Sake Haus is teaming up with the hospitality industry’s leading nonprofit organization, Another Round Another Rally, for a dedicated Industry Night on Monday, Dec. 5, from 9 p.m. to Midnight.

ARAR Co-Founder and COO Travis Nass and Sake Haus Mixologist Aaron Medina have collaborated on a specialty cocktail called Kyatchi of Winter ($14), Kyatchi meaning “the catch” in Japanese. The cocktail is appropriately served in fish glassware and includes Awayuki Gin, Aperol, Yuzu, Lychee, and Tiki Bitters, and is topped with mint and cinnamon. Sake Haus will donate 50% of the featured cocktail proceeds to Another Round Another Rally. In addition, guests will be able to enjoy 50% off all sake bottles from open to close, and anybody that works in the hospitality industry will receive 20% off their tab from 9 p.m. to Midnight. DJ Soloman will keep the festive energy high by spinning beats for the duration of the event.

Another Round Another Rally is a nonprofit financial and educational resource for the hospitality industry. The organization provides reimbursement grants and immersive educational scholarships to further the education of historically excluded voices in the community and supply emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen on unexpected hardship.
