Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain’s Lunch & Learn series returns for its 14th year, kicking off on Saturday, July 18th with a Summer Supper with Chef Jeff Jackson.
Executive Chef Beau MacMillan welcomes his mentor Chef Jeff Jackson to kick off the 2015 Lunch & Learn series. Chef Jackson has mastered his own trademark style of market driven seasonal cooking based on sound craftsmanship. He will create a beautiful four-course Summer Supper featuring ingredients from California’s finest organic farms, orchids and fish mongers. He is the executive chef at the A.R. Valentien restaurant at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California.
This popular series will showcase a sizzling lineup of renowned culinary experts and includes an interactive cooking demonstration, three-course meal with wine, Q & A sessions with the pros and take-home recipes. Held in The Views Ballroom, all lunch events are priced at $75 per person and start at 12 p.m. Dinner events are priced at $125 per person and start at 6 p.m. All prices exclude tax and gratuity.

For those who want to stay the night, Sanctuary is offering a special rate of $199 for the July-Aug. events and $329 for the Oct. 16 event, based on availability (excluding tax and resort fee) with the purchase of a Lunch & Learn ticket.
