As part of the Scottsdale Gallery Association’s Gold Palette ArtWalk series, Sip of Scottsdale will take place Thursday, April 11, 6:30pm to 9pm.
The Scottsdale Gallery Association (SGA) brings a variety of new themes to the popular Scottsdale Gold Palette ArtWalk series for the 2018-19 season.
Eight times per year, the galleries present special Gold Palette ArtWalk which includes activities, live music, entertainment and refreshments that correlate with that month’s chosen theme. The Gold Palette ArtWalks have extended hours and begin at 6:30 p.m.
In partnership with the Scottsdale Wine Trail and Sonoita AVA, this event features tastings of local Arizona wines in many of the participating galleries. Great art and great wine have always been the perfect mix!
During the Scottsdale Gallery Association’s Gold Palette ArtWalks, presented eight times per year in partnership with the City of Scottsdale, the Scottsdale Arts District comes alive with free trolley and horse-drawn carriage rides to various restaurants, museums, galleries and more throughout Downtown Scottsdale. A nonprofit organization, the Scottsdale Gallery Association (SGA) consists of gallery owners that promote fine art galleries in the Scottsdale Arts District. Scottsdale is home to more than 100 galleries dedicated to exhibiting the finest visual art from around the world as well as local Arizona art. The galleries offer a diverse array of works in a wide variety of mediums. SGA members strive to make art accessible to all, from the serious art collector to the casual art patron.
