Wind down from the work week on Friday, Oct. 1 at Slow Flow & Gong Bath for an evening of body and mind rejuvenation.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. inside the movement studio at Mountain Shadows. Enjoy an experience that incorporates both movement and stillness to rejuvenate body and mind. The evening starts with 30 minutes of focused movement where instructor Cortney Halstead will guide you through a slowed-down, all-level vinyasa flow.
After the yoga session, experience a guided meditation and bathe in the healing vibrations and soothing tones of the gong. Round out the relaxing vibes with an included glass of prosecco to enjoy at the end. You’ll leave feeling restored and renewed. Tickets are $29 and include self-parking.
