Tequila Dinner at Buttes Resort Tempe

$50Top of the Rock Restaurant at Buttes Resort in Tempe hosts their first specialty dinner this summer on Friday, June 24 with a five-course prix fixe dinner by Chef de Cuisine, Akos Szabo and tequila pairings by Tres Agaves Tequila.
The evening will include live music by Chuck E Baby, a tequila tasting reception and sit down dinner with cocktail pairings featuring the following menu items:
- Baja Scallop Ceviche with Tres Agaves Silver Tomato H20, compressed nopal, and cilantro, lime
- Añejo Glazed Pork Belly street cart elote
- Parfait with agave caviar, smoked crema, and key lime custard
- Black Label Wagyu Beef served with chorizo-stewed frijoles, haas avocado, arroz and duck-fat sopes
- Panna Cotta with Tres Agaves reposado, crema de coco, agua de caña, naranja
- Cajeta Bites served with goat’s milk caramel, maldon sea salt, and chocolate de cabra
The reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Guests will be entertained with live music 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
