The Meritage Wine Dinner Series

JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa launches The Meritage Wine Dinner Series on Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. The dining series will feature some of the most prominent winemakers within the California Napa Valley region, paired with chef-crafted seasonal dishes.
Indulge in an exclusive five-course dinner featuring The Prisoner Wine Company. Priced at $120 plus tax and gratuity per person and $85 plus tax and gratuity per person for Club Members. Menu highlights include:
First Course: Spaghetti Al Caviale, 2018 Unshackled
Second Course: Braised Pork Belly, 2021 Blindfold
Third Course: Stuff Squab, 2019 The Prisoner
Fourth Course: Spiced Venison Osso Bucco, 2019 Unshackled Red Blend
