Up next in The Versus Series at ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, it’s bartender versus bartender on Thursday, Oct. 28! Treat yourself to four courses and beverage pairings made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
The restaurant’s own PJ Baron is going up against Sergio Campos, bartender at Don Woods’ Say When atop the new Rise Uptown Hotel in Phoenix. Both bartenders will prepare cocktails made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka to complement each course. Savor small bites followed by Vodka-Cured Salmon, Oxtail and Beef Cheek Grilled Cheese and Blood Orange Panna Letta with passion fruit.
Each course will be voted on to help determine the ultimate winner. Although only one bartender will take home the trophy, both will be rewarded with donations to their favorite local charities. ‘Love, Tito’s’ will donate $3,500 to the winning bartender’s charity and $1,500 to the second-place bartender’s charity.
The dinner starts at 6 p.m. and is $129 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
