Menu includes:
Amuse Bouche: Mezcal sip, sal de guasano chiltepin and cardamom, orange slice + wood-fired Mole Lamb lollipop
Aguachile Negro: White Fish, Nori Salsa Macha, Recado Aguachile, Bone Marrow mayo, Avocado, Onion, Cucumber, citrus supreme, house tostada, cilantro blossoms
Chile Relleno (one of Chef Lawrence’s favorite dishes!)
Machete: green chorizo, huitlacoche, squash blossom, salsa de Jamaica, salsa de chicatana, salsa verde
