Indulge in an exclusive culinary experience as Chef Angelo Sosa of Tía Carmen joins forces with Chef Lawrence Smith of Chilte PHX on Feb. 2 at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.

This dynamic duo will create a one-night-only, multi-course tasting menu with one-of-a-kind beverage pairings. Available exclusively on Feb. 2 from 5 to 7:30 p.m., this is a rare opportunity to savor the combined brilliance of these culinary masters. This is the second installment of the ‘Tia + Chef’ series, where Chef Angelo collaborates with Arizona’s finest to bring you unforgettable dining experiences.

Menu includes:
Amuse Bouche: Mezcal sip, sal de guasano chiltepin and cardamom, orange slice + wood-fired Mole Lamb lollipop
Aguachile Negro: White Fish, Nori Salsa Macha, Recado Aguachile, Bone Marrow mayo, Avocado, Onion, Cucumber, citrus supreme, house tostada, cilantro blossoms
Chile Relleno (one of Chef Lawrence’s favorite dishes!)
Machete: green chorizo, huitlacoche, squash blossom, salsa de Jamaica, salsa de chicatana, salsa verde
Cheesecake: Basque cheesecake, sweet corn whip, cherry topping
