Valentine’s Day Under the Stars at Queen Creek Olive Mill

The Queen Creek Olive Mill is serving Valentine’s Day under the stars with a special ‘Celebration of Duos 5-Course Dinner.’ The romantic Valentine’s Day dinner will include a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, a special five-course menu of “duos” where every dish will compliment two renditions, and a wine-sommelier to provide bottle service throughout the event. The tables will be set on Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Complete Celebration of Duos Five-Course dinner menu items include:


-Lobster bisque, garnished with chives and drizzled with QCOM Meyer Lemon Olive
-Creamy heirloom tomato soup with QCOM Cranberry White Balsamic Reduction, crushed pistachios cucumbers, and drizzled with QCOM Fresh Crush Rosemary Olive Oil

-Fresh greens from our garden. tossed in a QCOM Strawberry Balsamic Reduction & Delicate EVOO vinaigrette, topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, raspberries, crumbled feta, and garnished with a garlic-parmesan frico
-Caprese with layered citrus from our garden & sliced mozzarella, drizzled with QCOM Delicate EVOO and Prickly Pear White Balsamic Reduction, garnished with fresh mint from our garden and topped with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

-Ravioli, stuffed with roasted garlic & sage ricotta, finished with a browned walnut butter sauce, and garnished with a crispy sage leaf Fettuccine, tossed in a red wine-braised beef Bolognese sauce, garnished with Grana Padano and fresh rosemary from our garden

-Seared tenderloin, seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and thyme from our garden, dressed with a white wine sauce made with QCOM Fig Balsamic Reduction & Dark Chocolate Olive Oil
-Pan-seared salmon, topped with a salsa fresca made with fresh strawberries, tarragon, QCOM Delicate EVOO and Strawberry Balsamic Reduction

-Sautéed mix of charred Romanesco cauliflower, sweet onions, heirloom carrots, and seasonal squash, tossed in QCOM Arizona Valencia Orange Olive Oil, and finished with Maldon Sea salt Flakes
-Confit potatoes, tossed in QCOM Meyer Lemon Olive Oil with fresh rosemary from our garden


-Torta caprese (flourless chocolate cake) made with QCOM Dark Chocolate Olive Oil, finished with whipped cream, fresh raspberries
-Berry mousse made with QCOM strawberry Balsamic Reduction garnished with a candied orange tuile
