Westin x COURSE Event at Antidote
May 18 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening where cocktail craftsmanship meets culinary artistry. On Sunday, May 18, from 4 to 7 p.m., Antidote at The Westin Kierland Resort is hosting an exclusive, one-night-only collaboration with COURSE, one of Arizona’s most acclaimed dining destinations.
Fresh off their 2025 Foodist Award win for Exceptional Culinary Experience, Scottsdale’s acclaimed COURSE Restaurant—led by Chopped Champion Chef Cory Oppold—has redefined fine dining through multisensory, artful presentations. COURSE has already earned titles like being named a 2025 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef: Southwest; Top Chef and Emerging Restaurant of the Year at the 2024 Arizona Foodist Awards; and a spot on Yelp’s 2024 list of the Top 25 Best New Restaurants in the U.S.
Now, COURSE is bringing that same spirit of innovation to the bar. This special collaboration event places beverage artistry in the spotlight as COURSE mixologist Justin Chard and general manager David Sanders take over the Antidote bar for a creative cocktail journey. Expect unexpected ingredients, captivating storytelling, and pours as visually stunning as they are flavorful.
Signature drinks include:
All Eyes on Me – Ketel One, strawberry, basil, and elderflower
