What If Wellness Retreat

Hosted by local yoga instructor, April Denning, and private chef, Anna Atanassova, the What If Wellness Retreat offers a self-care day featuring healing vibes, nourishing food, making new connections and fun workshops on June 30, from 7 to 8 p.m. in Mesa.

“What if everything works out” is a notion that encourages us to embrace positive outcomes and leaps forward for personal growth. We flip the script on fear and doubt, seeing the future through a lens of possibility. envisioning a reality where endeavors lead to success and fulfillment.

This concept taps into optimism and faith, suggesting that by focusing on the good, individuals can shape their reality. It’s a mindset that fosters trust in the universe or a higher power, believing that pursuing dreams with conviction can yield positive results. You are worthy enough for it all to workout.

During the retreat, guests will spend the day connecting with themselves while simultaneously connecting with others. They will break through barriers with various workshops focused on cognitive behavior therapy, and finding movement for the body + mind. The retreat will leave intentional space to slow down throughout the day to give you plenty of time to rest and reflect.

Each retreat comes with a uniquely crafted workbook designed to help you navigate the day, your thoughts, and feelings. The workbook provides you with tips, tricks, recipes, and exercises to take home with you. April and Anna want this to be the start of something new for you. Plan to make new connections after our day together. You’ll leave a little more prepared to navigate daily life stressors with more compassion.
