With a hip hop throwback theme like “Bust a Move,” this year’s Back-to-School Style Event at Scottsdale Fashion Square on Saturday, Aug. 3, promises plenty of high-energy excitement. While checking out the latest trends (some inspired by 80s and 90s nostalgia, of course), students and families will find all the inspiration they need to make this school year a big hit.

The Beat Cancer Concert, to be held on Aug. 3 from 6 to 9 p.m., will be an unforgettable evening of music and philanthropy in honor of Charles Lake, a local, talented drummer and musician. This special event, held at The Venue at Canyon House, will bring together top tribute bands and renowned artists to support the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children. All proceeds from the “Beat Cancer Concert” go to the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children and Lake’s Family.
