Omni Scottsdale Resort

Prado Restaurant, at Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia in Scottsdale is offering both a Christmas Day Brunch and a Christmas Day Dinner. A traditional brunch including breakfast breads, fresh fruit, live action stations, meats, and seafood will be served. Live music and patio seating complete the experience. The cost is $60 for adults, $35 per child 6-12, children 5 and under are free. Christmas Day Dinner at Prado will feature a four-course, prix-fixe menu that includes steak, seafood, and house-made desserts. Festive holiday music will complement your dining experience. Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix will be offering a special Christmas Day menu planned by their new Executive Chef Dushyant Singh. Menu standouts include the Roasted Chestnut Bisque, the Golden Beet Salad, a 16-oz dry-aged Angus Prime Rib with potato puree, turkey and dumplings with confit turkey, and seasonal desserts. Royal Palms

T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix has a three-course prix-fixe menu available both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve, dinner will be served from 4:30 pm to 9 pm; and on Christmas Day, the menu will be available 11 am until 8 pm. Dinner is $95 for adults, $38 for children ages 6-12, and children 5 and under eat free. Christmas Day Brunch will be served buffet-style from 10 am to 3 pm in the Palmera Salon. Brunch is $85 for adults, $38 for children ages 6-12, and children 5 and under eat free. Reservations are recommended for all three dining experiences and can be made by calling 602-808-0766.

For Christmas Day Dinner, Sanctuary’s acclaimed elements restaurant invites guests to the table to experience a delectable four-course dinner prepared by executive chef and Food Network Star Beau MacMillan. Entrée highlights include a Truffle & Chestnut Stuffed Guinea Hen, Pecan Crusted Swordfish with braised swiss chard, and Coffee Rubbed Prime New York Strip. LON’s at The Hermosa

Celebrate the season with a prix-fixe three-course menu prepared by the LON’s culinary team and toast the new holiday memories that will be created with family and friends. Dinner will be served Christmas Eve 4 pm – 8 pm and Christmas Day noon – 7 pm. Both nights will feature items like crisp pork belly, ricotta gnudi, smoked prime rib, and cinnamon churros for dessert.
