Your biggest accomplishment in your eyes: Being father of my twins (Marco and Bianca) because there is unconditional love between us.
The biggest obstacle you have overcome: Surviving through Colon Cancer (2007)
Someone who inspires you: Any successful working mother raising children alone; I’ve tried being ‘Mr.Mom’ and barely made it 3 months!

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: If you are not passionate, driven and absolutely committed to the trade of being a great cook, don’t bother aspiring to be a great chef.
